NEW SCHEDULE FOR BOOTCAMP

I AIM TO PLEASE!!! DUE TO MY DIEHARD PARTICIPANTS' PLEADING CRIES FOR MORE MORE MORE TORTURE.....

THE BEASTMASTER HAS ADDED ANOTHER BOOTCAMP ON SATURDAY MORNINGS @ 9:30AM

<><><>FYI >> That is to replace Sundays 9:30AM BootCamp<><><>THERE WILL STILL BE A SUNDAY MORNING 7:30AM BOOTCAMP CLASS BUT FOR THOSE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE THE TORTURE TILL U R A LIL MORE AWAKE...WE HAVE MOVED THE SUNDAY 9:30AM CLASS TO SATURDAY 9:30AM!!!!

LETS BURN THE FAT BEFORE ENDULGING IN THE WEEKENDS FESTIVITIES

              ****BOOTCAMP AGENDA *****                                
                    SUNDAY MAY 27th                         

                             4 STATIONS 2 SETS PER STATION

1.     BOSU-TRAMPOLINE /  CARDIO MIX with or w/out Wgts

2.  AB BENCH/ ROMAN CHAIR
                    ab bench will consist of :
·       dble leg raises 10 ct, butt lifts with legs straight up 10 ct,  
·       dble and single toe dips down 10 ea.
·       Russian Twist 20 ct

                     ROMAN CHAIR>
Run in Place/High Knees/Single Leg Raises/ Knee               Tucks/Adding Side knee tucks this week      10 ct each
                        Drop feet onto holding/resting bar
·       Elbows firm on pads/Chest back against back pad start straight leg lifting single legs alternating (Modification: bring single knees up instead of straight legs) 10 ct x 3 sets

3.   PUNCHING BAG COMBINATIONS w/ 20 PushUps
      Or Plank Hold for 2o seconds-your preference in between
      Combinations

4.    BAND TWISTS – KETTLEBELL CORE

                      FINALE/OPTIONAL>>>>>RUN/WALK(walking w/ankle   wgts on)  UP TO CANAL  <><>      OR SWIM 5 LAPS

PILOXING   -          Sundays  9:30am

CardioBox/Mix -     Sundays 10:30 -11:30am

you can sign up on the Studio's website or pay as you come...the Studio offers special rates so you can taken other classes that they offer there as well.....
$50 for 10 classes

BOOTCAMP SUNDAY POOL AGENDA for Those Wishing to do the Session in the Pool!!!!!

                                                 POOL EXERCISES


1.     JACKS/ HIGH KNEES/ SKI  WITH WGT

2.  AB KNEE TUCKS OFF THE WALL OR NOODLE
      with twists in between sets >> seated abs  will consist
       of :
       dble leg raises 10 ct, v-ups  10 ct,  
       dble and single toe dips down 10 ea.
      
                     

3.   AQUA BOX COMBINATIONS w/ 20 PushUps off Pool Wall in between Sets
     

4.    SIDE LEG RAISES/BUTT LIFT  OBLIQUE CRUNCHES

FOR MY GREAT SWIMMERS**** 2 LAPS ONE FWD AND BACKSTROKE ON WAY BACK*****

FOR THOSE NEEDING TO MODIFY**OMIT BACKSTROKE AND FWD SWIM WITH BOOGIE BOARD STRAIGHT LEG KICKS******

DON'T BE TOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED...THOUGH NO PILATES BY THE POOL  THIS WEEKEND 5/12....THERE IS SPRINGWALL PILATES @ 9:30AM AND PILATES SCULPT @10:30AM ...both @ PILATESJOE in SCOTTSDALE!!!!

TO ALL THE MOM'S HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!! NO BOOTCAMP SUNDAY THIS WEEK 5/13....EITHER TO GIVE THOSE MOM'S A BREAK FROM THE BEASTMASTERS' TORTURE..
