  •        FIRST SIT ON THE EDGE OF THE CHAIR>KNEES BENT TOES DOWNWARD DOUBLE DIP DOWN WITH THE TOES TWD THE FLOOR..HOLD THE CHAIR WITH HANDS ON THE SIDE..NOT GRIPPING NO PRESSURE ON THE WRISTS>>ELBOWS BACK CHEST FWD...DBL DIP  FOR 10 CT...SINGLE DIP FOR 10 CT..(SINGLE IS ONE LEG AT A TIME)...NEXT LETS EXTEND THE LEGS FOR A V UP!!!! GO JOYCIE, DONNA, JERI, JACI, PATTI, KIMMY, DEB, DEBBIE!!!! LUV U MY TEAM!!! KEEP THIS GOING...THREE SETS OF 10...IF THAT IS TOO MUCH START WITH SETS OF 5 EACH STILL THREE SETS!!! AB-DDICTION #2 EXERCISE OF THE WEEK!!!!

AB-DDICTION #2

HERE WE GO WITH AB WORKOUT #2...HOPEFULLY EVERYONE HAS MASTERED OR TRIED TO MASTER #1 MY FAV!!!..this one is easier!!!! NOT!!!!!!LOL!!!
***this is my second FAV***..for those having issues sitting on their tailbones...use the little ballie(u know what i mean..if u don't check out my pilates clip with the ballie)..while sitting back on tailbone>take a broom stick hold it in front of you and slowly with outreached arms press fwd..again u are sitting on ur tailbone/back is straight and you will start with lifting one leg at a time until u feel comfortable to lift both legs at one time..NEXT>>lets tip the end of that bar/broomstick to the right and to the left...you can have one leg up or both..if one leg..tip rt left..then alternate leg and tip again rt left...FINALE>>let pulse that bar/broomstick towards either one leg or both up..if one leg..its pulse 10 rt and 10 left..if dble legs up pulse 20 both legs up then slowly lie back..do not go all the way down and hold the position...again one leg at a time if needed BEST RESULTS: DBLE LEGS..HOLD THE ISOMETRIC HOLD FOR 20 SECONDS AND THEN PULL UP AND REACH FWD TO TOES TO STRETCH!!!! ENJOY THE WORKOUT EVERYONE!!!!

AB-DICTION!!!! YOUR WEEKLY AB WORKOUT!!!



WE ARE GIVING YOU A WEEKLY AB WORKOUT FOR THE MONTH OF FEB...MY MONTH!!!!!!KEEP WATCHING AND HOPING YOU WILL DO THESE AT HOME AND BE PREPARED WHEN I BRING IT TO CLASS......XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXXO

THIS IS MY STRETCH-EXERCISE AB WORKOUT!!!!
just in case u cannot hear me due to the loud music...read on and try this one for an awesome lower ab workout...We Start with a stretch...extend rt leg fwd..bring left leg over rt leg..take rt arm outside that left leg and stretch..now take that left foot place it on ur rt thigh...place ur rt foot on ur left thigh and start an itsy bitsy lift..watch the video ...i want u to take that rt knee towards the floor and now lift ur left leg straight up pulses...again watch the video...NOW..take that left foot bring it fwd to straight legs fwd into a V up....please remember to bring ur hands down to the floor finger tips fwd and elbows back...
