BOOTCAMP SUNDAY POOL AGENDA for Those Wishing to do the Session in the Pool!!!!!

                            SUNDAY MAY 20th                         


                                                 POOL EXERCISES


1.     JACKS/ HIGH KNEES/ SKI  WITH WGT

2.  AB KNEE TUCKS OFF THE WALL OR NOODLE
      with twists in between sets >> seated abs  will consist
       of :
       dble leg raises 10 ct, v-ups  10 ct,  
       dble and single toe dips down 10 ea.
      
                     

3.   AQUA BOX COMBINATIONS w/ 20 PushUps off Pool Wall in between Sets
     

4.    SIDE LEG RAISES/BUTT LIFT  OBLIQUE CRUNCHES

FOR MY GREAT SWIMMERS**** 2 LAPS ONE FWD AND BACKSTROKE ON WAY BACK*****

FOR THOSE NEEDING TO MODIFY**OMIT BACKSTROKE AND FWD SWIM WITH BOOGIE BOARD STRAIGHT LEG KICKS******
