AB-DICTION!!!! YOUR WEEKLY AB WORKOUT!!!



WE ARE GIVING YOU A WEEKLY AB WORKOUT FOR THE MONTH OF FEB...MY MONTH!!!!!!KEEP WATCHING AND HOPING YOU WILL DO THESE AT HOME AND BE PREPARED WHEN I BRING IT TO CLASS......XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXXO

THIS IS MY STRETCH-EXERCISE AB WORKOUT!!!!
just in case u cannot hear me due to the loud music...read on and try this one for an awesome lower ab workout...We Start with a stretch...extend rt leg fwd..bring left leg over rt leg..take rt arm outside that left leg and stretch..now take that left foot place it on ur rt thigh...place ur rt foot on ur left thigh and start an itsy bitsy lift..watch the video ...i want u to take that rt knee towards the floor and now lift ur left leg straight up pulses...again watch the video...NOW..take that left foot bring it fwd to straight legs fwd into a V up....please remember to bring ur hands down to the floor finger tips fwd and elbows back...
